These terms govern your use of contractcommand.com (the "Site"), operated by Contract Command ("we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Pre-launch product

Contract Command is a product in development. The Site describes planned functionality and lets you join an early-access waitlist. Joining the waitlist does not create a contract for any service, guarantee access, or reserve any price. Features, pricing, and availability shown on the Site are indicative and may change before launch. Separate terms of service will govern the Contract Command application when it launches.

Use of the Site

You agree not to:

• use the Site in any way that breaches applicable law;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its infrastructure;
• scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Site by automated means without our permission;
• submit false, misleading, or third-party information through our forms.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, design, graphics, and the Contract Command name and logo — are owned by us or our licensors. You may view and share links to the Site, but you may not reproduce or reuse its content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

The Site is provided "as is" and for general information only. Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, financial, or professional advice. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to them.
